Welcome to the NEGT

The New England Golf Tour, founded in 2006, offers competitive opportunities for Professional and Amateur golfers to compete in stroke play events. There is a Professional and Scratch/Low Amateur Division with a maximum of 30 players that play in groups of 3 and compete for $1,000 1st place, 90% payback, with 30% of the field getting paid and last place money equal to the entry fee. There is also an Amateur and Sponsor Division with a maximum of 28 payers that competes in a $25 Net Handicap pool and a $25 Gross Skins pool. Dedicated to the memory of Buddy Young, the tour hosts events from June to October across scenic locales such as the North Shore of Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. There is a season ending, 36-hole Tour Championship, no cut, at Bradford Country Club and the prestigious Buddy Young Cup presentation, a season-long money leaders race, rewarding the top 5 Tour money leaders.

Participants can elevate competition with a $25 skins pool at each event, totaling $750.
